Order & Payments

In these Terms and Conditions, 'You' and 'Your' means the person who has purchased and received the Gift Card. 'We', 'Us' and 'Our' means the merchant who issued the Gift Card, the person who fulfills orders on the Gift Card, and each of their successors, affiliates or assigns.

Payment Methods

As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Gift Cards, traveler’s check, and cash. We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept personal checks.

Spa Belles Gift Cards

By accepting and purchasing your Gift Card, you are agreeing to the Spa Belles Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

Spa Belles Gift Cards are redeemable for any Spa Belles services of equal value. Our gift cards can be used in ALL Spa Belles locations listed on the website. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable. Your Gift cards are non-transferable and their resale is prohibited.

The Gift Card is offered to individuals over the age of 18 that lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law, and by using the Gift Card You represent and warrant to Spa Belles that You are such an individual. We, in Our sole discretion may refuse to issue a Gift Card for any reason. The amount of funds shown on the records of the merchant or fulfillment location shall be deemed the balance on the Gift Card, unless You can prove to Our satisfaction in Our sole discretion that there should be a different balance.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Report a lost or stolen card to Spa Belles and We may freeze the existing balance and issue a replacement card. Any used balance prior to notification will not be replaced. There must be a proof of purchase.

Purchases

At this time, Spa Belles gift certificates are only available at Spa Belles locations and Spabelles.com. Please beware of any Spa Belles gift certificates being sold by other retailers and online websites. Any gift certificate purchased elsewhere than official Spa Belles cannot be used toward Your purchase and will not be applied to Your account.

Pick Up

To pick up an order purchased, You MUST present a printed copy of the Email Confirmation and valid Photo ID. Without both, Spa Belles will not release any orders. You may redeem your order at your chosen Spa Belles location between normal business hours.

Spa Returns

Cash refunds or credit refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Spa Belles will accept returns on most merchandise purchased at this location within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Spa Belles cannot accept returns on open/used cosmetics, fragrances, worn garments/footwear, sale items, and individual items from a purchased set.

Canceling & Modifying Orders

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact customer service via contact us or call a spa consultant at any of our locations.

Severability/No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce the strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of Our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, the Gift Card and all transactions here under are subject to the laws of the State of New York.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states : New York, New Jersey, Florida, DC, Georgia, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona and California. Application of sales tax may be subject to change.

Prices and services are subject to change.
