Service Policy

The safety of our guests is essential. Therefore, a “consent-form,” which includes Personal Conditions, must be completed before each and every treatment to ensure the safety of our guests.

Spa Belles reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain treatments to ensure the maximum standards of service and quality. However, our technicians will notify you prior to any modification or discontinuation of a treatment. If you have any questions, you reserve the right to ask the technician or the manager.

 

Payment Methods

As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Gift Cards, traveler’s check, and cash. We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept personal checks.

  • Qualified and trained staff who professionally conduct treatments according to company protocols, spa policies and procedures.
  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
  • Request for a specific technician when receiving spa treatments.
  • Ask any questions about our spa services.
  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.
  • Confidential treatment of your personal and health information.

 

Spa Belles Punctuality

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment. This allows a stress-free transition to your services. For cancellations, we require a minimum of 12 hour advanced notification.

 

Events

Spa Belles requires a 20% deposit and 48 hour notice of cancellation on all social and business parties. Failure of a proper notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% service fee.

 

Personal Conditions

Please notify the receptionist if you: have any dermatological conditions, have muscle or joint injuries, have high blood pressure, had recent plastic or laser surgery, are pregnant or using any medications that may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. All information will remain confidential.

 

Loss or Damage

Please keep any valuables that you've brought to Spa Belles in the locker or with you at all times. Spa Belles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items for the duration of your visit.

 

Gratuities

Spa Belles rates do not include gratuity. Depending on the satisfaction of our services, the recommended range is between 15% & 20% of the service price. Gratuities are appreciated, and can be paid by credit card or cash.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards make the perfect present for any occasion, and are redeemable for Spa Belles services. You can purchase the Gift Cards online or call any of our Spa Belles locations. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process.

Please note: Spa Belles gift certificates can be used in all Spa Belles locations listed in the website.

Report a lost or stolen card to Spa Belles and we may freeze the existing balance and a replacement card can be issued. Any used balance prior to notification will not be replaced. Must have proof of purchase.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Your Gift cards are non-transferable and their resale is prohibited.
